At Mohammed Tae Kwon Do, we believe that fitness is key to a happy and healthy life and we’re happy to help. Check out our variety of group and individual programs and let us boost your fitness in a fun and productive environment.

Sundays, 10:30 - 11:00 am

LITTLE DRAGONS - 3-6 YRS OLD

This is a great way to get your little ones introduced to martial arts! Every class focuses on exercise, coordination, self defense, and most importantly having FUN!

Sundays, 11:00 - 11:45 am

JUNIORS - 7 - 12 YRS OLD

One of our most popular classes! This class is action packed and full of fun! We focus on exercise, balance training, coordination, target training, flexibility, and most importantly having fun! This class is a great work out and a blast at the same time!

Teenagers and Adults

Our teenager and adult class is an awesome way to work on exercise, flexibility, coordination, and self defense! We specialize in sparring and advanced striking. This is a great way to get in shape and learn awesome self defense skills!
